School Ponies Here at Burnbank we have 11 schoolies who range from 12hh upwards and come in all shapes and sizes. Budgie At Burnbank everyone has their one favourite pony...Budgie. He's the little pony with the huge personality. He's great for beginners and more experienced children too. He's got an eye for the ladies particularly Betty, even though they're usually twice his height! He's always at the centre of mischief but always gets away with it. As you can see from below hes not camara shy making sure he got a picture of both his good sides!
Betty Betty has been at Burnbank for almost 3 years now. Betty is ideal for more experienced riders as she is quite forward going but always tries hard and is eager to please!
Jimmy Jimmy came to Burnbank 2years ago with seven others all the way from Ireland. He's a kind natured pony with a little cheeky streak making him popular with children and adults too. He is very patient with beginners but enjoys having fun with more experienced riders as he enjoys being ridden in the field or having a jump!
Minnie Minnie has been at Burnbank for almost 2years. She likes to pretend she's grumpy and doesn't like to be fussed over but she's really a little pony with a big heart! She very well behaved when ridden either in the school or in the field and is great at teaching kids to jump.
April April is very popular with children at Burnbank. She's very quiet and gentle and is very steady with beginners. She's bred to be a show pony which is clear by her dainty little head and pretty looks!
Bertie Bertie is a favourite with kids and adults alike. He has a great character and is always happy to enjoy lots of love and attention.He's one of our biggest schoolies but due to his kind nature he's really just a gentle giant!

Lady Lady is fourteen years old and came from Ireland as a jumping pony a couple of years ago. She is very sweet natured and loves to go for a gallop in the field! She is loved by all from beginners to more eperienced riders and enjoys being pampered too. You can tell that she loves to jump as this is what she enjoys best!
Lloyd
Lloyd arrived at Burnbank towards the end of last summer as a rather skinny 17.2hh well mannered gentle giant. Now in top condition, Lloyd has settled in perfectly and is used for more experienced adults due to his huge size.
Teddy Teddy arrived along with Lloyd and Apache last summer. Due to his down to earth nature, he settled in straight away and is very popular with children and adults alike.
Apache Apache was a very shy little pony when he arrived at Burnbank. Now that he is beginning to trust people, he has started being used in lessons and is coming on leaps and bounds proving to be a very popular little pony due to his sweet nature.
